Yes. The price per coin goes down as the quantity goes up. Your quote shows the price for the quantity you choose, and we’re happy to quote more than one quantity so you can compare.

Yes. Our design team can create your coin from scratch, adjust your existing art or work from your ready file. Artwork and design are free.
Unlimited. We keep adjusting the design until you approve the digital proof.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, but a PNG, JPG, a photo or even a sketch works too. If you have an existing coin, a photo of it helps us a lot.
Three steps: the digital proof (your design), the 3D model and the mold. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
Yes, as long as you own it or have permission to use it. By sending your artwork, you confirm you have the right to reproduce the logos, insignia and names on your coin.
Usually 4–6 weeks after mold approval. You get a delivery estimate with your quote and updates at every step.
Tell us your date when you request your quote. We plan the project around it and let you know upfront if the timeline is tight. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Your coins are manufactured by our partner facility in China and shipped directly to you with freight and import duties included. No customs surprises, and you see a photo of your finished coin before it ships.
Yes. Before shipping, we email you a photo of a finished coin from your order.
Yes, within 3 years. We keep your mold and approved artwork on file for 3 years after your last order. A reorder is a new order with its own delivery date, and it’s faster because the mold is already made: usually 4–5 weeks from the order.
By credit card, through a secure Stripe payment link we email to you. You pay 50% to start production and the remaining 50% after you see a photo of your finished coin, before shipping.
Sales tax is added where required by law and shown before you pay.
Yes. Every payment comes with an itemized invoice and receipt. If your organization needs vendor registration forms, contact us and we’ll send what’s required.
Yes. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): freight and import duties are included in your price, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
We ship to addresses in the United States, including military bases with a street address. Our carriers can’t deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses (only USPS can). If your unit is overseas, contact us and we’ll help you choose a stateside delivery address.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
If your coins have a manufacturing defect or differ materially from the approved proof, we remake the affected coins at no cost or refund them. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
Because every order is made to your design, custom coins can’t be returned for change of mind. You’re still covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
