1. About these terms
These Terms of Sale apply to all quotes and orders placed with Tocoin LLC (“Tocoin”, “we”, “us”). By approving a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and estimates
- Any price mentioned before your written quote is an estimate only. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Unless stated otherwise, quotes include freight and import duties to your U.S. address (Delivered Duty Paid).
- The minimum order is 50 coins.
3. Artwork, design and approvals
- Artwork and design are free, with unlimited revisions before you approve the digital proof.
- Production follows three approvals from you: the digital proof, the 3D model and the mold.
- Please review every approval carefully, including spelling, dates, names, colors and dimensions. Once you approve, we produce exactly what was approved.
- You can increase the quantity and change colors and packaging up until you approve the mold. After mold approval, the order cannot be changed.
- Quantities cannot be added once production has started.
- Colors, plating and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
4. Your content and intellectual property
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, insignia, trademarks, names and other content you send us, including official military and government insignia.
- You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from content you provide.
- We may decline projects that we believe infringe third-party rights or are unlawful or offensive.
- We may show photos of your finished coins in our portfolio, on our website and on social media. If you prefer that we don’t, just tell us and we won’t.
5. Payment
- Payments are made by credit card through a secure Stripe payment link sent by email.
- 50% deposit to start production after you approve the artwork.
- Remaining 50% after we send you a photo of your finished coin, before shipping.
- Sales tax is added where required by law.
- Orders ship only after full payment.
6. Production and timeline
- Production usually takes 4–6 weeks after mold approval. Your quote includes a delivery estimate. Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- Reorders of a coin we have already delivered are new orders, with their own delivery estimate. They are faster because the mold is already made: usually 4–5 weeks from the order. Molds are kept for 3 years after your last order.
- Delays can happen because of customs, carriers, holidays or events outside our control. We keep you updated at every step.
- Coins are manufactured by our partner facility in China.
- We do our best to deliver the exact quantity ordered, but a small variation above or below it can happen. If we send more coins than ordered, the extra coins are free. If you receive fewer coins than ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will produce the missing coins at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
- Before you pay the deposit: you may cancel at no charge.
- After the deposit and before mold approval: you are charged only for the mold and the 3D modeling, and we refund the rest of your deposit. This cost varies by project.
- After mold approval: custom products are made specifically for you, so the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
8. 100% satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind every order. If your coins have a manufacturing defect or differ materially from the approved proof, we will, at your choice, remake the affected coins at no cost or refund the amount paid for them.
- To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
- We may ask you to return the affected items. If so, we cover the return shipping.
- The guarantee does not cover content approved by you (such as spelling or dates), slight color or finish variations inherent to the process, or damage caused after delivery.
9. Shipping and delivery
Shipping, delivery and claims for items damaged or lost in transit are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed events or ceremonies.
11. Text messages (SMS)
Program: Tocoin Quote & Order Updates. If you check the consent box on our quote form or text us first at +1 (217) 909-9101, Tocoin LLC may text you about your inquiry or order: answers to your questions, design proofs, your quote, and production and shipping updates. We do not send marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you approve your quote apply to your order.
